Deo Volente CrossFit is a CrossFit affiliate gym located in Peoria, Arizona established in 2023. Our mission is to help people improve their lives through fitness using the CrossFit methodology. We provide CrossFit classes in a group fitness setting that typically include a warm-up, workout of the day, and a cool-down, all led by a professional trainer. We have a strong team of experienced trainers and we prioritize proper form and safety over performance and speed. We strive to create a positive and transformative environment and foster a welcoming and encouraging community.

Workouts consist of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements, and are most fun and effective among friends at a local CrossFit gym. CrossFit workouts are most commonly done in a group fitness class setting.
No! You do not need to become fit to join CrossFit. You join CrossFit to become fit! Regardless of your fitness level or familiarity with functional movements, our experienced trainers are prepared to teach you all the movements and scale workouts appropriately to keep you safe and help you progress.
